Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine announced a consumer protection lawsuit against an Akron-area man accused of failing to provide promised home improvement services to consumers. According to the lawsuit, Neil Wolfe of Twinsburg and his company, Neil Construction Company, offered major home improvement services to consumers but performed shoddy or incomplete work after taking their money.

Robert Lee Fisher, 89, of Salem, Ohio, formerly of Cadiz, Ohio, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2017 at Essex of Salem. He was born Aug. 24, 1928 in Wheeling, W.Va., a son of the late John Joseph and Glenna Mae Weaver Fisher.

The Summit County Board of Elections is moving select Election Day polling locations in Reminderville and Twinsburg because of storms that knocked out power to northern parts of the county. The Reminderville Village A Heritage Hall polling station will be moved to the Reminderville Fire Department, 3382 Glenwood Blvd., Reminderville.
